 Question:  How do I find answers to the questions below?
 

Answer:  Click on the "question mark" image next to the question that you wish to see the answer for.
 

 Question:  How can I add or contribute to conversations?
 

Answer:  First you need to clink on the link "Signup" located to the right under the Page Categories section. After filling out the mandatory fields and submitting the form you will then receive an email that has more information within it. No personal information is given out.
 

 Question:  I have signed up and received my confirmation but I am still not able to contribute to any conversations. What am I doing wrong?
 

Answer:  Nothing. After the signup process is completed by you it could take up to two days for you to be granted permission to add content to this site.
 

 Question:  During the signup process I am asked under the Login Information section to provide an Alias, Login ID, and Password. What is my Login ID?
 

Answer:  I will explain what all three are and what they are used for.
 
The Alias is typically your first and last name but really can be anything you want it to be. An Alias can be used to hide your true identity from everyone that views any content that you add to this website. Every piece of content (message, picture, other) you add to this website will have your Alias attached to it.
 
The Login ID is any combination of letters or numbers that you want to use. You make up your own Login ID but, the only caveat is that it has to be unique in that no one else has the same Login ID.
 
The Password can be any combination of letters or numbers that you also make. Both Login ID and Password are the two credentials that you will need to login to the website.
 

 Question:  I have signed up and have an account but, I can’t remember my Login ID or Password. How can I find out what they are?
 

Answer:  Below this section there is a "Lost Login ID or Password" section where you can recover your lost credentials. To recover both lost credentials you would need to first recover you’re lost Login ID to then recover your Password.
 
To recover your Login ID you will need to provide the email address that you used when you first signed up. Then an email will be sent to you at that email address with your Login ID information. From that email you can then do the second step to recover your Password by supplying your Login ID. All information will be sent to your email address that was used when you first signed up.
 

 

 Question:  I can’t get the newsletter to display. I click on the link and nothing happens!
 

Answer:  Sounds like you have your web browsers popup blocker turned on. You might need to configure it. Please see this help document from Microsoft on how to configure your browser. Make sure that "www.KofC788.org" is on the "Allowed sites" list.

Lost Login ID or Password

To recover your Login ID you will need to provide the email address that you used when you first signed up or to recover your Password you need to supply your Login ID. All information will be sent to your email address that was used when you first signed up.
